It will definitely pay off in the long run (literally and figuratively).emmers712https://www.blogger.com/profile/15865493476823978890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3081872231855122210.post-69372959683785807472014-02-04T15:34:37.841-06:002014-02-04T15:34:37.841-06:00Thanks, Amy! 3 days a week works very well for me,...Thanks, Amy! 3 days a week works very well for me, too. I know many people who run 5 or 6 days a week, and I can only wish that one day I would be durable enough, patient enough, or have enough laundry to do that kind of mileage. (I only have so many sports bras, too, and it is a big consideration!!! Maybe this is an excuse to go shopping... hmmm! ;-) )emmers712https://www.blogger.com/profile/15865493476823978890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3081872231855122210.post-13076024312918511352014-02-04T15:32:27.049-06:002014-02-04T15:32:27.049-06:00Thank you so much, Xaar! Your focus and determination have paid off big-time for you. If I can manage to accomplish even a fraction of what you do, I will be very proud. =)emmers712https://www.blogger.com/profile/15865493476823978890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3081872231855122210.post-1305482838658150912014-02-04T12:19:04.859-06:002014-02-04T12:19:04.859-06:00Good luck with your half training and with your ne...Good luck with your half training and with your new plan!
